Dr. Wiegman is the founder of Indiana Direct Primary Care in Fort Wayne, IN.
He is dedicated to expanding access to affordable, quality healthcare. While we have offices in Fort Wayne, Kendallville, and now Hicksville each office is independent and has its own providers. Our model of healthcare is based on having improved access to your provider and limiting the number of patients each clinic has to be able to provide personalized care to everyone.
Dr. Wiegman provides care in our Fort Wayne office and will provide a supportive role for Hicksville.

Doctor of Nursing Practice
Jenny comes from a wealth of experience with three prestigious degrees including BSN, MSN and the newest addition under her belt-Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from University of Indianapolis in 2024.
Jenny's passion is focusing on increased access to healthcare while decreasing cost and providing primary care to families to encourage health and wellness for everyone. She also utilizes a holistic medicine approach where she promotes physical, emotional and mental well-being through finding the root cause of the issue and fixing it together

Nurse Practitioner
Stacie's diverse background includes serving as an associate professor of nursing at the University of Saint Francis from 2017 to 2021. She has spent the past five years with Parkview Physicians Group, where she developed and expanded telehealth services through Parkview Virtual Health.
Stacie is currently completing her certification and licensing in Functional Medicine. She eagerly anticipates guiding patients on their health journeys, providing personalized care, innovative technology, and community education programs to empower individuals to lead their healthiest lives.
