With our pricing through Labcorp you can get a full wellness blood panel. (blood counts, electrolytes, liver and kidney function, diabetes screen, cholesterol check, thyroid function).

We have access to complete panels of blood tests as well. Pricing is based on tests ordered.

Medications

Get your medications directly from Indiana Direct Primary Care and experience the convenience and peace of mind that comes with not having to go to pharmacy.

You also have to option to choose a local pharmacy or use our convenient mail order pharmacy with 90 day supplies delivered right to your door

Jarrod Wiegman, MD

Dr. Wiegman is the founder of Indiana Direct Primary Care in Fort Wayne, IN.  ​

He is dedicated to expanding access to affordable, quality healthcare.   While we have offices in Fort Wayne, Kendallville, and now Hicksville each office is independent and has its own providers.  Our model of healthcare is based on having improved access to your provider and limiting the number of patients each clinic has to be able to provide personalized care to everyone.​​​

Dr. Wiegman provides care in our Fort Wayne office and will provide a supportive role for Hicksville.

Kayla Jesse

Kayla is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in family medicine, aesthetics, long-term care, and rehabilitation.

A proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati, she brings a strong clinical foundation and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to every setting she serves.

Before entering healthcare, Kayla served as a member of the Air National Guard, where she developed the discipline and leadership skills that continue to guide her professional life.

Outside of work, she’s a devoted wife and mom of three, balancing her passion for medicine with the joy of raising a family.
