Dr. Wiegman is the founder of Indiana Direct Primary Care in Fort Wayne, IN.
He is dedicated to expanding access to affordable, quality healthcare. While we have offices in Fort Wayne, Kendallville, and now Hicksville each office is independent and has its own providers. Our model of healthcare is based on having improved access to your provider and limiting the number of patients each clinic has to be able to provide personalized care to everyone.
Dr. Wiegman provides care in our Fort Wayne office and will provide a supportive role for Hicksville.

Kayla is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in family medicine, aesthetics, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
A proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati, she brings a strong clinical foundation and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to every setting she serves.
Before entering healthcare, Kayla served as a member of the Air National Guard, where she developed the discipline and leadership skills that continue to guide her professional life.
Outside of work, she’s a devoted wife and mom of three, balancing her passion for medicine with the joy of raising a family.

Doctor of Nursing Practice
Jenny comes from a wealth of experience with three prestigious degrees including BSN, MSN and the newest addition under her belt-Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from University of Indianapolis in 2024.
Jenny's passion is focusing on increased access to healthcare while decreasing cost and providing primary care to families to encourage health and wellness for everyone. She also utilizes a holistic medicine approach where she promotes physical, emotional and mental well-being through finding the root cause of the issue and fixing it together
